Cause . . . . . : Module &1 in library &2 was specified as containing the program entry procedure for the binding process. This module does not contain a program entry procedure.
Recovery . . . : Try the Create Program (CRTPGM) command again, specifying the module that contains the program entry procedure. If *PGM special value was used, verify that the specified module contains the program entry procedure.
