PGMEXP(*ALL) supplied, but no exports found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : PGMEXP(*ALL) was supplied to Create Service Program (CRTSRVPGM). However, no valid exports were found amongst all the modules supplied to CRTSRVPGM. A service program must, at all times, export at least one valid symbol.
Recovery . . . : Try the Create Service Program (CRTSRVPGM) command again, supplying one or more modules that contain valid exports.
