Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When *OUTFILE is specified for the OUTPUT parameter, only one value is allowed on the DETAIL parameter and the value must not be *ALL.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Omit OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) and specify either OUTPUT(*) or OUTPUT(*PRINT).
-- Specify a value other than *ALL on the DETAIL parameter.
-- Specify only one value on the DETAIL parameter.
