Procedure order profiling data no longer applied to program &1 in library &2.

Cause . . . . . : Procedure order profiling data is no longer applied to program &1 in library &2 because one of the following occurred:
-- A CHGPGM command to re-create program &1 in library &2 detected procedure order profiling data was applied to this program. However, either the observable information required to re-apply procedure order profiling data has been removed, or the program was re-created as enabled to collect profiling data. The request proceeds.
-- An UPDPGM command to update program &1 in library &2 detected procedure order profiling data was applied to this program. However, either the observable information required to re-apply procedure order profiling data has been removed, or all procedures that had procedure order profiling data applied are contained in the modules being replaced but could not be found in the replacing modules. The request proceeds.
Recovery . . . : No recovery required. However the run-time performance of the changed or updated program may decrease.
