PASSATR parameter is ignored when PGM is *REXX.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The PASSATR parameter is not supported on a PARM statement when *REXX is specified for the PGM parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either omit the PASSATR parameter from the PARM statement in the command definition source or the PASSATR parameter value is ignored.
