Cause . . . . . : Either PASSATR(*NO) or VARY(*NO) and TYPE(*X) and RTNVAL(*YES) were specified and an attempt was made to allow this command to be used in a REXX procedure (ALLOW(*IREXX) or ALLOW(*BREXX)).
Recovery . . . : If either ALLOW(*IREXX) or ALLOW(*BREXX) is specified when both TYPE(*X) and RTNVAL(*YES) are specified for a parameter, both PASSATR(*YES) and VARY(*YES) must be specified.
