Query cannot be run because it has errors.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The query can be saved but not run. You must use run option 3 (do not run) on the Exit this Query display. (If you are working on the Exit Data Text Merge display, you must use merge option 1.)
Recovery . . . : Enter the allowed run option and your choices for saving the query definition. If you want to use one of the other options without saving the query, or you want to change the query so it can be saved without errors, press F14 to return to the Define the Query display and follow the directions shown there.
