Error converting collating sequence.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred when converting the collating sequence from coded character set identifier (CCSID) &9 to CCSID &10 for use with comparisons involving a record selection constant.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use a different collating sequence.
-- Change the tests so that none requires use of collating with a constant value.
-- Specify the processing option that prevents the collating sequence from being used with certain types of data (this applies if the constant &3&4&5&6 is DBCS-open) and certain tests (EQ, NE, LIST, NLIST, LIKE, and NLIKE).
