User lacks storage to own file &14 in &15, or member of file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user profile for the owner of the output database file does not have enough storage to add the member to the file.
Recovery . . . : Either use the MAXSTG parameter on the Change User Profile (CHGUSRPRF) command to assign more storage to the user profile of the owner of the output database file, or request that the file be assigned to a different owner. If you do not have the authority to do so, ask the owner or ask the security administrator or security officer to do it.
