Insertion of column into report form has been ignored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to insert a column into a report form that already contains the maximum number of columns allowed. The insertion operation was ignored.
Recovery . . . : This is an informational message and no action is required. To insert a new column into the report form, an existing column must first be removed from it. Remove any column that you do not need and try the insertion operation again.
