Cause . . . . . : A DBCS literal in the query SQL statement is not closed by a shift-in character, but the processing continues.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the query SQL statement which contains the DBCS literal is well formed and that all shift-out characters have a matching shift-in character, and then try the request again.
