Cause . . . . . : The query is not a SQL SELECT statement. Field descriptions cannot be retrieved.
Recovery . . . : Review the query text to verify that the query contains a valid SQL SELECT statement. Only queries that contain a SQL SELECT statement can be used to obtain field descriptions.
