You use this application to enable electronic data exchange between employers and authorities.
Up until now you have sent application data such as statements, DEUEV notifications, or statements of contributions paid to the responsible authorities on paper or disk. You can send this data over the Internet simply and securely using the B2A Manager (Business to Administration Manager).
To do so, you create data records in the corresponding SAP HR application component (for example, Statements), and you can administer and send them with the B2A Manager.
You configure the Customizing settings for communication with authorities with the B2A Manager in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Payroll: Germany in the section Communication with Authorities (B2A).
