In this Customizing activity, you define exceptions for the conversion of regions from the SAP internal code to the standard code used in Intrastat.

As default, the system takes the SAP internal code of regions as the standard code used in Intrastat. If exceptions to this standard logic are required, you must define these exceptions in this Customizing activity.

This Customizing activity is relevant for the following member states of the European Union:

• BE (Belgium)

• BG (Bulgaria)

• DE (Germany)

• ES (Spain)

• FR (France)

• IT (Italy)

• LT (Lithuania)

• PT (Portugal)

• SK (Slovakia)

You have carried out the Define Regions Customizing activity.
