In this table you define the application areas of the telephone sales and their control features.

The application area is a freely definable classification key - and the highest hierarchy level in telephone sales - that groups the application groups (e.g. call center workplaces).

Here you can store various parameters whose functions are described in the help texts for the respective fields.
