This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP Global Batch Traceability (CA-GBT) component. You can use this BAdI to create additional events or to modify imported events from other systems in SAP Global Batch Traceability (SAP GBT).

For example, an event between a purchase order in one SAP ERP system and a sales order in another SAP ERP system is missing. Although the sales order might have the purchase order number as a reference field, SAP GBT is not able to automatically connect these two business documents. This BAdI enables you to implement rules that automatically create such events.

This BAdI is triggered whenever events from a system are received.
