In this IMG activity, you define which follow-up actions are to be carried out when the status of a force element changes. You can

  • Change standard follow-up actions
  • Add your own follow-up actions

The fields for defining follow-up actions are based on the functions of the organizational measure. However, follow-up actions are also carried out if you deactivate the functions of the organizational measure.

To be able to use your own follow-up actions, you must define appropriate classes that implement the interface that is used in the classes provided. You can do this by copying and changing an existing follow-up action, for example.

Once you have defined your own follow-up action, it is automatically available for selection in the input help for this table.

You can display the follow-up actions provided in the standard system in view /ISDFPS/VSTASUC. You can use /ISDFPS/STA_TAB_COPY to copy these follow-up actions to the customer table.

For each combination of status change and follow-up action, enter the following values:

  • Subarea
Measure subarea for which this follow-up action is to be carried out
  • Operation
Status change for which this follow-up action is to be carried out
  • Number
Specifies the sequence in which the follow-up actions are to be carried out
  • Measure Type
Type of organizational measure for which the follow-up action is to be carried out
If you do not specify a measure type, the follow-up action applies for all measure types
  • Active
Activation of the follow-up action
  • Class/Interface and Short Description
Follow-up action that is to be carried out
