/AFS/SCLAS - Special procurement class

Definition

The special procurement class defines, which special procurement key the product costing should use for the costing with a certain costing version.

For this you can define the assignment costing version/ special procurement key per special procurement class (Customizing).

If no special procurement class is stored, the product costing uses the

1. special procurement key of the costing view
2. special procurement key of the MRP view
3. no special procurement key

Use

With help of the special procurement class you can consider alternative procurement possibilities during the product costing.

Note that you can only release one costing as Standard price. You can enter the results of other costing versions in different price fields of the material master (for example planned price 1, 2, 3). This is only for information purposes.
