CCC04 - Indicator for missile technology for legal control

Definition

This indicator specifies missile technology as the reason for legal control. Due to this reason, either an export control class has been added to the Commerce Control List of the relevant country or a customer has been selected in the foreign trade view in the customer master.

Use

Certain legal systems do not only classify sensitive materials and customers but also assign additional characteristics that can be maintained here.
During export control, the system issues a message informing you about this.

Example

According to the US Export Administration Regulations, this corresponds to the "missile technology" reason.
