This function module distributes the object events to the subscribed WFM applications. See the IMG activity 'Define event handling for WFM Objects' in the Workforce Management Core (WFM Core). The function module name of the WFM application that is called asnychronously by the qRFC is stored here.

This function module is called internally by WFM Core, that is, by OBCO, which follows all changes to all WFM objects.

Errors are written to the application log (under Object = WFM and Subobject = CORE).
