Cause . . . . . :
Software agreements for Licensed Internal Code and the operating system must be accepted prior to upgrading to release &1.
Recovery . . . : See the Installing, upgrading, or deleting IBM i and related software topic collection in the IBM i and related software category in the IBM i Information Center for release &1 about accepting software agreements (http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/). See the topic on preparation tasks for upgrading or replacing software.
After accepting the software agreements, you can continue with the PWRDWNSYS command by taking the 'G' option. If you are currently in restricted state, take the 'C' option to cancel, accept the proper software agreements, and try the PWRDWNSYS command again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the PWRDWNSYS command .
G -- Continue PWRDWNSYS processing.
