Cause . . . . . : A media error was encountered while opening or preparing the volume.
Recovery . . . : Type C to cancel processing or insert another diskette and type R to try again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the diskette file processing
R -- Retry the operation
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The diskette contains unrecoverable media errors in the Volume Table of Content (VTOC) portion of the diskette, or more than two defective cylinders were found during a prepare operation. Error Log ID &22.
