Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The local system detected an error. The network interface associated with the call is &30. The ISDN cause code associated with the call is &41 (&43 &44).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Reply to the message with a "C" or "N" option.
-- Use the Display Messages (DSPMSG) command to display messages on the system operator message queue (QSYSOPR) or the configured message queue. Determine if the system sent another message relating to line &23 at the same time the system sent this message. The second message will have the same error log identifier as this message.
Then do one of the following:
-- If another message is found, follow the recovery steps in that message. Then type R to try the operation one more time when line &23 is available.
-- If there is no other message, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
R -- Try the dial operation to the remote ISDN system again using line &23.
C -- Cancel the dial attempt to the remote ISDN system. Any applications and subsystems that are waiting for an operation will be informed that the call has been canceled.
N -- Retry the dial attempt to the remote ISDN system. Depending on the values specified for the switched line list (SWTLINLST) and the switched line selection (SWTLINSLCT) parameters configured in each controller description, the system may choose a different line description to complete the call. The SWTLINSLCT parameter is only valid for X.25 configurations.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The error code is &40: The I/O processor detected an error and reported it using an error notification. The error notification should have caused another message to be displayed. Problem analysis should determine the cause of the problem on the second message. The related message should have the same error log identifier as this message.
The ISDN cause information element is: &42.
