Manually dial &40 for controller &24 line &23. (C G)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A job has been started that requires the use of a device connected to a manual dial line.
Recovery . . . : If the connection needs to be made:
1) Dial &40 on line &23.
2) Wait for the remote modem or operator to answer.
3) If necessary, place the modem in data mode (refer to the modem manual).
4) Message CPF5908 will be sent to the system operator message queue (QSYSOPR) or the configured message queue when the connection has been made.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel the connection attempt and inform any applications waiting for the connection that it has been canceled.
G -- Remove this message from the system operator message queue (QSYSOPR).
