Controller &24 contact not successful on line &23. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system tried to contact controller &24, but the source service access point (SSAP) and destination service access point (DSAP) of controller &24 match those of a controller that is already active on the same line.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- Type C to cancel recovery. This informs any application waiting for an operation that recovery has been canceled. Use option 2 from the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to vary off the controller description. Use the appropriate change controller description command to change the switched line list (SWTLINLST parameter) to use another line.
-- Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to find the active controller description that has the same SSAP and DSAP parameters as controller &24. Vary off the duplicate controller description using option 2, then type R to retry the operation one more time.
-- Type C to cancel recovery. This informs any application waiting for an operation that recovery has been canceled. Use option 2 from the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to vary off the controller description. Use the appropriate change controller description command to change either the SSAP or DSAP parameter. Vary on the controller using option 1 from the WRKCFGSTS command and retry the operation.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel recovery and inform any applications that are waiting for an operation that the recovery has been canceled.
R -- Try the operation one more time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The error code is &40: An attempt was made to bring up a second station with the same SSAP and DSAP as an already active controller.
