Cannot initialize volume on device &4. (C R)

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Volume &5 on device &4 is a write once read many volume that contains user data and cannot be initialized. If the device is a media library, the cartridge is &6 and the resource is &7.
Recovery . . . : Type C to cancel, or load a different volume on device &4 and then type R to retry the operation.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
R -- Try the operation again
C -- Cancel the operation
