Cause . . . . . : There are jobs in the system that are currently using resource &1.
Recovery . . . :
Type G to vary off resource &1 with active jobs.
Type C to either wait for the jobs to complete before you try to vary the resource off again or end the jobs yourself and vary off the resource.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
G -- Vary off resource with active jobs
C -- Wait until jobs have ended to vary off resource.
