Cause . . . . . : REPLACERLS(*NO) was specified for product &1 option &2 release &4 and product &1 option &2 release &11 is already installed in library &6.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Restore product &1 option &2 release &4 using the Restore Licensed Program (RSTLICPGM) command and specify a different name for library &7 on the LIB parameter.
-- Restore product &1 option &2 release &4 using the RSTLICPGM command and specify *ONLY on the REPLACERLS parameter.
