DDM conversation path not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A rollback was attempted for a remote relational database but no DDM conversation path was found. The conversation may have ended due to a previous error.
Recovery . . . : See the previous messages in the job log to analyze the conditions that caused the failure. In certain cases, such as an SQL package creation failure, the error condition may be reported following this message. Make the needed corrections and try the request again.
