File &2 in library &3 specifies a page definition which will be ignored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The PAGDFN parameter was specified but ignored. The reason code is &7. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
1 - The data stream being spooled is *SCS, *IPDS, or *AFPDS. A page definition is only valid with line (*LINE) and mixed (*AFPDSLINE) data streams.
2 - The printer file used specified SPOOL(*NO). A page definition is only supported with printer files which specify SPOOL(*YES). If you want a page definition to be printed with the text, change the printer file to specify SPOOL(*YES) and route the data to an Intelligent Printer Data Stream (IPDS) printer which is configured as AFP(*YES).
