Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The volume name associated with the image catalog entry is already associated with index number &3 in image catalog &1. A unique volume name is required for each entry in tape type image catalogs.
Recovery . . . : Specify a different name on the FROMFILE parameter, and then try the request again.
