Cause . . . . . : The value for the WIDTH attribute on the APPFMT tag must be less than or equal to the value of the panel width minus 17. The value of &1 specified for the WIDTH attribute on the APPFMT tag is greater than the value of the panel width minus 17.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value for the WIDTH attribute on the APPFMT tag that is less than or equal to the panel width minus 17, or increase the panel width. Then try the request again.
