YES value specified for EXTACT attribute on less than two LISTCOL tags in extended action list.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The YES value is specified for the EXTACT attribute on the LIST tag, and less than two LISTCOL tags in the list area have the YES value specified for the EXTACT attribute. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Specify the YES value for the EXTACT attribute on two LISTCOL tags or more; specify the NO value for the EXTACT attribute on the LIST tag; or remove the EXTACT attribute on the LIST tag entirely to use the default value of NO. Then try the request again.
