Argument optimization attempted with one or more modules missing creation data.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Argument optimization (ARGOPT) was attempted and one or more modules to be bound into the program or service program do not contain all creation data. Argument optimization requires that all bound modules contain all creation data. The creation data can be either observable or unobservable.
Recovery . . . : Specify modules that contain all creation data or change the Argument optimization parameter to ARGOPT(*NO).
