Target release of module &1 in library &2 changed to Version 3 Release 6 Modification 0.

Cause . . . . . : Performance data collection is being enabled for module &1 in library &2, which was created for a release earlier than Version 3 Release 6 Modification 0. Performance data collection was new for V3R6M0 and is not allowed on earlier releases. Performance data collection is turned on for this module, but the target release is updated to Version 3 Release 6 Modification 0. This means the module can no longer be saved for a release earlier than Version 3 Release 6 Modification 0. It must be recreated for the earlier release.
Recovery . . . : Performance data collection is enabled for the module and the CHGMOD command continues.
