Cause . . . . . : Collating sequence choices currently select a sequence other than *HEX, from &19 &24 in &25, such that each character has a unique weight distinct from the others. The coded character set identifier (CCSID) is &29. The sequence identifiers are &17 and &18.
The substitution character code is &23:
0 -- The sequence contains no substitution characters.
1 -- The sequence contains substitution characters.
