Library list name can be *LIBL, *USRLIBL, *ALL, or *ALLUSR.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value you typed as a library name is not valid. Although it begins with an asterisk (*), it is not one of the special library list name values *LIBL, *USRLIBL, *ALL, or *ALLUSR.
Recovery . . . : Type one of the library list name values supported, or use a generic name. A generic name starts with a string of characters and ends with *, such as ABC* or "abc*".
