Cause . . . . . : The Ignore decimal data errors prompt must contain a Y, N, or blank.
Recovery . . . : Type a Y if you want Query to copy the data as is (when output is to a data base file), or present the nonnumeric data as valid numeric data (when output is to the display or printer). Type an N if you want Query to stop processing (when output is to a data base file) or show the bad data as plus signs (when output is to the display or printer). If you leave this prompt blank, Query ignores decimal data errors when this query is run in the System/36 environment, but it does not ignore them when this query is run in the System i environment or in the System/38 environment.
