You use the /CPD/PFP_SET_MRS_STAFFED_QTY program to update staffed quantities in Project Cost and Revenue Planning,for Multiresource Scheduling (MRS) requests.

For each plan record, a document number is generated. The user enters the staffed quantity in the MRS system for a request. This quantity gets reflected in the MRS planning workbook after this program is run.

The recommended frequency for running this program is Weekly.
