In this IMG activity, you define the software components for the compatibility report.

You are using a Solution Manager system for your system landscape. This system contains information about which software components are installed on the systems of your system landscape.

You have defined your system landscape.

By choosing Update ABAP Components from Solution Manager, you can transfer the information about all installed ABAP software components of the relevant systems from the Solution Manager system.

The transferred information is then available for compatibility checks.
