Beschreibung

This report produces a list of pension contributions for each scheme the selected employees are associated with.

Voraussetzungen

An employee's pension schemes are maintained with the Pension Scheme infotype (0071). This infotype must be maintained if it is to be accounted in the selected period.

Ausgabe

The 'Display list screen?' checkbox in the initial selection screen will determine whether the detailed data is accessed directly or via a table control selection list (the default access path).

The list with the detailed data contains the following information:

  • Employee number, name and NI number
  • Joining date and, if appropriate, leaving date and reason
  • Pension scheme reference and name
  • For each period:
  • Employee contributions (EE contr)

  • Employer contributions (ER contr)

  • Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVC)

  • Free-Standing AVCs (FS AVC)

  • Employee contribution holidays (EE hols)

  • Employer contribution holidays (ER hols)

Additional period data is displayed for the pension year total if a new pension year is within the selection period (Year cum) and for the last pension cumulation in the selection period (YTD - Year To Date). Pension holidays are not included in these cummulatives.

If more than one pension scheme has been selected, it is possible to navigate to the previous or next scheme in the selection.

The 'Employee data' and 'Pension data' pushbuttons allow the user to display the corresponding infotypes for personal data (0002) and pension scheme (0071).

The 'Order by employee number/pension scheme ref' radio buttons in the display options of the initial selection screen determine the order the entries are displayed in the table control selection list, or the order the detailed data is presented in if it is accessed directly.
