Verwendung

Based on the results of report 'Download of SI declaration file' (RPDSIGB0), report 'SI declaration, control list - Statistics and Bookkeeping' (RPDSIFFB0) allows you to create the SI control list. This list is mainly for internal purposes.

The list of the corrective tape contains descriptive changes, as well as amounts that have been changed with respect to the original tape sent to the National Office for Social Security:

For each worker, the following data is listed:

• Sequence number in the list,

• National ID number,

• Name and first name,

• Gender,

• The type of modification can have three possible values:

• A = Information modified with respect to the original tape,

• N = Worker added with respect to the original tape,

• S = Worker's declaration in the original now deleted.

• Hiring and/or leave date if changed with respect to the original tape and specifying 00/00/0000 to erase a date reported in the original tape,

• The notion of 'indication' can have one of the following values:

• * : Border worker,

• A : Artist,

• X : Unemployed put to work in a non-profit organization,

• I : Interim job in education,

• N : Home worker,

• E : First job,

• Q : Apprentice.

• A table indicating the different type of days, remunerated or not, and a marked number indicating the differences compared to the original tape.
