Verwendung

This report is used to delimit and create / modify the IT-204 subtype 1 records with data from subtype 1, subtype 3 & delimit date from feature DKDD1. It will always modify / create subtype 1 after the delimi date. It will NOT update subtype 3.

In the modifed / newly created subtype 1 record, the outdated data fields will be removed after the delimit date. This will be the same even in case of future records. Also, it will copy the data from some FA fields in subtype 3 into the corresponding fields of subtype1, after the delimit date, including future records.

It will always create / modify subtype 1 after the delimit date i.e., it will start one day after the delimit date. The higher of the two - delimit date & subtype1 begda will be taken as the begin date for the new record.

Integration

Voraussetzungen

One of the subtypes 1 & 3 should have been maitained. Otherwise, the pernr will simply be ignored.This is not an error case. The feature DKDD1 should be properly maintained.

Funktionsumfang

The delimit date should be maintained in the feature DKDD1 for the respective payroll areas.The delimit date will typically be the end date of a pay period.

In case of a test run, error pernrs & success pernrs will be displayed so that you can check the data before actually running the batch session

In case of a productive run, error pernrs only will be displayed along with the batch session.

Aktivitäten

Maintain, if relevant, the subtype 1 and/or 3.

Maintain the feature DKDD1

Run this report in test mode and later in batch mode and create a batch session.

Process this batch session (SM35) to update the infotype record

Existing data: IT-204

Delimit date: 31.03.2003 for monthly payroll areas

It will always create / modify subtype 1 after the delimit date i.e., it will start one day after the delimit date.

Example 2:

Existing data: IT-204

Delimit date: 31.03.2003 for monthly payroll areas

Subtype Begda Endda

1 01.05.2003 31.12.9999

3 01.01.2000 31.12.9999

Result:

Subtype Begda Endda

1 01.04.2003 30.04.2003

1 01.05.2003 31.12.9999

The old data between 01.04.2003 and 30.04.2003 will remain intact. Effectively the record is delimited on delimit date and a record beginning one day after the delimit date is created till the high date.
