needs to be split up into (four) entries covering all relevant check sections (if the object is only relevant for storage location checks, it would only be the two entries with storage location filled).

Hinweise
Three different types of check: normal, batch simulation, display.
Bug: ,,P_REPLT is NOT optional even though the interface states so. FORM COMMIT_REQUIREMENTS_MIN_04 uses REPLT without special handling for zero.
Bug:,,if all stacks are empty but REPLT is set earlier than REQ, ATPHX_O-ATP_1 is not copied back to ATPGC.
