Funktionalität
This function module is used as the basis for the BAPI method EmployeeBenefit.CreatePlans.
This method writes to the database the elections that the employee has made.

SAP recommends that prior to this method, you use the method EmployeeBenefit.CheckSelection, which is a consistency check for the elections the employee has made.
Messages are returned in the RETURN parameter. You will find the return codes and their definitions in the documentation for this parameter.
