CATT_PI_LOCAL_VARIABLE_CONVERT - Conversion of CATT Variable into format of table field reb-bdmng

Funktionalität

This function module converts a quantity given by a CATT module into the internal format of the table field resb-bdmng.

It is used because in CATT a Chetab failes in the case you give '800' where the table entry is '800.000'. Since CATT cannot do this table- field specific format conversion, it is necessary to do this via ABAP using this Function module.
