RS_DELETE_PROGRAM will delete one mainprogram or one include program
with all dependatn subobjects like textelements, documentation in all
languages, dynpros, menus, variants.
All indexes of the ABAP/4 developent workbench will be deleted and
in case of a development class ne $xxx or Txxx a correction number is
needed.

If you want to use RS_DELETE_PROGARM internally so that all screens
will be suppressed you need to move a correction number to parameter
CORRNUMBER in case of development class ne $xxx or Txxx.
The functional module requires an entry in correction system.
