Funktionalität

Do update of planned order headers without a direct commit.

Scheduling is carried out accordingly to the customizing entry.

If desired (Flag XKBED for planned order is set), the

KBED-entries for the planned order are appended to T_KBED.

Errors or warnings of changes are handed over to the

corresponding function group ("object") LOI5.
