Funktionalität
Deallocate a PP operation.
The operation is identified by order, sequence and operation number. If the order is just created via the interface, there is a difference between the external order number (created by the external system) and the internal order number. The routine can be called with either the external or the internal number. This is distinguished by paraneter I_XNOT_SAP_AUFNR.
The function resets status "Dispatched" of the given operation.
