CY01_DISPATCHING_OPR_DATES_CHK - Calls the function module to check operation dates

This function module is called during the dispatching of operations. The module is linked to the flow control which is responsible for the calling of the different steps. Because the operations date check can be switch on or off, this part is implemented as function module. PARAMETER1 of the message structure contains the index of the current order in this table. The function module calls another function module to check the dates. If this module returns an error, some actions according to logs and statuses must be taken out. This part of the function module is still under construction. After that, tbe function module returns with message ERROR which leads to the error handling routine.
